English Language Classes

Our annual registration always starts with a line-up of over 200 potential students who patiently wait for one of the 50 slots for new students. Registration appointments are on a first-come-first-serve basis after a brief pre-screening interview. Any youth under the age of 20 can study at BEA as long as they come from a family making less than $2.00 US per day. After students register, they then return for a two-week orientation about BEA and its programs. For the rest of the year, the BEA kids are kept incredibility busy with our many programs.

Students study at BEA completely for free, and the school provides them with all their study materials. In special cases, BEA also provides students with support for their public school fees. All teachers have been professionally trained, and class size is limited to less than 30 students so that teachers can give learners enough attention during lessons. The small class sizes also help the students become friends with each other, which makes learning more fun and gives them a support system.
